Q: How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A: You may verify your reservation is confirmed by contacting our customer care department, either online, or at 516.522.2502
At the time of booking, your reservation is processed and your credit card is charged when you click the "Reserve the Room" button. The next page to appear is a confirmation page, listing your Booking Number, an 8 digit confirmation code, as well as a review of your reservation details. A confirmation email will also be sent to the address you specify on the booking form. This email will include your itinerary details.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?

Q: Do you accept debit cards?
A: As long as there is a merchant logo on your card (typically a Mastercard, or Visa logo) your card will work. Please note that reservations are charged to your account when you click the "Reserve the Room" button, and will affect your balance.

Q: Are there any costs associated with your service?
A: Depending upon what type of property you book, there may be a service fee associated with your reservation. Our Exclusive Deal properties do not carry additional fees for the reservation. Reservations made through our Additional Discounted rates incur per night service fees. Please make sure to check the booking form before making your reservation to see any associated service fees. These fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, and are imposed to help us incur the costs associated with processing your reservation.

Q: Can I pay for the reservation when I arrive at the hotel?
A: No. The discount rates available through the Discount Hotel Group network are prepaid reservations. At the time of booking, your reservation is processed and your credit card is charged when you click the "Reserve the Room" button.

All reservations must be purchased with a credit card.
You will need to contact the hotel directly (or your local travel agent) to book a reservation using a form of payment other than a credit card.
