We have developed the Customer Satisfaction Rating "CSR" Score to help our visitors in selecting a hotel. The CSR Score varies for each property, based upon customer reviews, user feedback, and editorial opinions from our travel experts.
The CSR Score is a numeric value, based on a scale of 1 through 10, with a score of 1 being the worst, and a score of 10 being the best score possible. Very few, if any, hotels have a CSR 10, as this represents a property that is nearly flawless. Most properties fall into a range of CSR 5-7, with exceptional properties falling into the 8-9 range, and the less than average properties in the 3-4 range. Hotels with a CSR Score of less than 3 should be avoided if possible, as they represent properties that have consistently received poor ratings from users or travel experts.
These scores are unbiased scores, based solely on opinions of users and travel experts. They cannot be influenced by hotel managers, nor are they determined by any relationship that we may have with a particular property. It should be noted that these scores are meant to be used for informational purposes only, and a high score does not necessarily imply an endorsement by us. We try to maintain the highest standards for the scoring process, but it may be possible that your disagree with our valuing of any property listed herein.
